Purchased a car here last month. Never again
I purchased my last two vehicles from B&L.. first was a 2003 Malibu with V6.. Great car! Did regular maintenance on it, that was it.. never had to do a repair on it until the fuel pump went out on it at about 115,00 miles. Repaired it and traded it in at B&L for my Impala Limited..my dream car!! Any time I need anything, oil change, or to try to figure out a new feature on the car..they take care of everything right away! I tell all my family and friends to go there, don't go out of town!! They are always very good to me.. Thank you all at B&L!! Especially Bobby and Bud for taking care of me!
Buyer Beware! Not sure how this dealership is even in business. What a bunch of rude, unhappy a$$holes working in the front lobby. Gladly take my money elsewhere.
I should have seen the red flags. Told me I can't take it for a test drive unless I'm buying it. Told me he checked it over and absolutely nothing is wrong with it. What a joke. Within the first couple hours I was sitting along the road because it over heated. Headlight fell out while I was driving like a week later. Nothing but problems for a car that has no9wrong with it. DON'T BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE. THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!°
Haha what a joke this place is¡! He was trying to sell us a used car with a check engine light on, needed a muffler, tired and inspection for top dollar. The guy never even called us back or nothing. So we took our service else where. We found the same exact vechile with less mileage, newer year, brand new tires, no check engine, needs nothing for the same price B&L was going to charge us.
Rude manager for sure. They will take advantage of people instead of being honest. Don't buy here, you'd be better off buying a cheap car somewhere else that's about to break, because these cars are expensive and guaranteed to break. Wanted to rate less than one star, maybe -1000. Don't buy here.
